GIRAV Team Concludes 5-Day Training in RBM, Effective Communication and Team Building

The GIRAV Project Team on Friday 13^th December 2024 concluded a five-day training programme designed to strengthen its capacity and competence in three core areas: Results-Based Management (RBM), Effective Communication and Team Building.

The training held in Dakar, Senegal was facilitated by SMD Policy Management Group. The capacity building initiative provided participants with a thorough understanding of the project management cycle, key principles of RBM, and practical skills for effective communication and team development.

As GIRAV involves a diverse group of stakeholders with varied interests, improving the project team's capacity in communication and fostering partnership is also very important for achieving the project's aim to help the country accelerate the transition from subsistence agriculture to a market-oriented economy.
